When people think of home buying...the first thing that comes to mind is how stressful it can be. As first time home buyers that was our biggest fear...until we started working with Ellen. Even in this crazy market, day by day she made it feel less and less stressful for us. It's almost like she took on all the stress for us! She's incredibly knowledgeable in her field which benefited us since we were newbies at it all. She's incredibly responsive and timely even for those random questions that you think of late in the evening! If she doesn't have the answer (which most of the time she did) she will certainly find out and get back to you faster then you expect. She's persistent for her buyers and we couldn't be anymore thankful for that. She makes the home buying process less complicated. I really feel that how complicated the home buying process is really falls on the realtor!
